Mixed Martial Arts is the cornerstone of Lightning MMA. Our head instructor James Wilks is an experienced MMA veteran and has had a successful MMA career. He was recently on the Ultimate Fighter Season 9 with great success. As he continues to improve he shares his knowledge in the classes he instructs and his fellow instructors here at our Laguna Hills gym. Our instructors are also all professional mixed martial arts fighters.
